Scavenged kill

I have a wolverine that my taxidermist will mount for me and I want to have the wolverine standing over or sniffing a mule deer head and rack he has discovered. I don't know if it would be better to have the deer head totally covered with debris with just the rack showing or to have some part of the head showing possibly with some flesh showing or even a partially cleaned skull and torn flesh. Any thoughts on how well a not intact (half eaten) head would look mounted or pictures of something similar would sure be appreciated. Don't want gruesome just realistic.

want to do with it ,is it a personal mount or do you plan to sell it?
If your going to keep it it might be fine ,if your going to sell it ,realistic might be too much for most people, I mounted an Osprey for a local Museum perched on a log ,eating the head of a bass , and piece of flesh in the mouth and coming off the head of the fish, the flesh was so realistic the Curator kept touching it thinking it was real flesh, well it exibitted for a while but a lot of people thought it was grusome to see flesh and blood,so the museum pulled it from the exibit.
