cc ,
It is absolutely ok to sell the bear mount in question
with the license with it. As far as I know you may sell hides, mounts and other except for game meat providing that you have the persons name and hunting license permit number that you received it from. A good practice would be to keep a seperate file on these from whom it was obtained from and to whom you sold or gave it to.
cc, Definitly not legal here in NC. Always best to check with your wildlife officials on legal matters. Fines can be very high on illeagle game animal transactions - best to be safe and sure-ask the authorities. -Aaron H.
be sure to get he correct transport permits if you are selling to anyone in another state or province. we sell them, but if they go to the U.S we need a cites permit. if you try to get a permit, don't worry they will tell you if you are doing something that isn't legal.
are you looking at selling this bear? if so could you send me a discription of the bear, how it's mounted, height, ect? Thanks
