so do I rehydrate and sweat overnight, stretch width and nose to eye, get measurements, dry, order form, and then rehydrate and mount? I want to do it right, so some info would be helpful. Also, what is the best way to dry the hide? With a hair dryer?

you shouldn't dry it again....once you rehydrated it....put it in freezer until ready to mount....a few hours before you mount...thaw it out
