Can a lady not ask a simple question without getting a RUDE response? During a trip to the zoo this weekend this was a question that came up among friends. I found this website and thought a knowledgable person of the taxidermy profession might be able to give me an answer to my question.

Pigment is in the epidermis

The collor is in the skin also, you may see a small band of the darker color under the lighter colored hair n the striping.

Zorse, Zonkies have cropped out in hues of brown without the dark skin pigments.
