I received a wild boar head mounted by another taxidermist last year , the head is leaking out of skin, and the nose has fatty white stuff on it. What caused this and can it be fixed. Thanks

would be oil. It comes from improper fleshing. I don't know what you could do with the head. More than likely it will continue to leak oils.
My best guess would be that its a combination of fat and Dry Preservative thats oozing out. The skin was not degreased prior to applying the DP - and now as it dries - the shrinking skin is squeezing those materials out. I also agree that more than likely it will continue to "weep"!
