You need parts from an endangered species. Which are illegal to even ship across state lines. A legal tiger hide with claws runs $10,000.00 or more. and you don't want to pay much for them. Try the poachers net.

However, you seem to have missed the fact that he did not say if he could use fake claws.
Fake claws are all over the place and they're not pricey.
I think Skulls Unlimited might even have them. They also have fake tiger skulls. Of course, fakes aren't regulated, and of course, they can go across state lines.
I thought CITES I animals, like the tiger, could not be bought or sold at all? I guess if bred-in-captivity and you get the CITES II exemption, you could ask for 10 grand...?
