This is going way back in time...
Does anyone know how to sharpen and turn a straight
piece of blank sheffield steel used for a curriers knife?
I am talking about the old way of shaving hides before
the round knives of today existed.
Also, how much turn to the blade, IE. 1/32" or 1/8" ect.
should be given?
