I am fairly new to taxidermy and I just finished skinning my first squirrel that i'm going to mount w/o dp. I will be using ez-100. When I fleshed the squirrel some little pieces of fat were still on it. These were like 100 little lines where my scissors didn't get. Can I leave these on and scrape them off after the pickle? Also the legs and face dry up so quick I cannot flesh them or get the membrane off, How do you prevent this?

Yes you can leave it on and take teh rest off after the pickle. I use a wire wheel to get the rest of that junk off. As for the face I make sure you make a few slits inbetween the muzzle hairs and to stop the drying just give it a squirt of water with some bactercide in it.
