Steve, I'm doing one now myself. I'm using a buffalo calf form and altering the spine area to replicate the split spine and will carve a 2nd head of foam which will get apoxie-sculpted details. My calf is the 2-necked type. If you are working with the single skull, 2-faced type, the head is the main issue. Somebody used to sell a mannikin- can't recall who but as I remember it was a stiff looking affair. Anyway you go on this job you will have to alter as finding just the right form would be extremly unlikely. Charge plenty for the job and enjoy the learning opportunity. -Aaron H.
I have mounted several over the last 30 years. Try Jonas Bro supply company .I have used there form and it works well. If I could sebd you a picture of a 2 headed whiteface calf let me know .Good luck its an interesting project. Regards, Harry
Touchstone Taxidermy Supply has both a lifesize and a shoulder mount for a two-headed calf. The LS is $150, the shoulder is $52. The form looks pretty decent in the pics, too. Here's a link to them, and this page has a pic of the LS form on it, too:

The above link will take you to the main page. Click on "On-Line Catalog"....
or maybe this will take you directly to it:

VanDyke used to carry a lifesize form too for a two headed calf. Don't know though if they still do.
Take lots of measurments, then call Jonas. You may need to alter the form some, so take lots of measurements!!
