I have two squirrel pelts, both soaked in alcohol then rinsed and hung to dry. I ordered a squirrel mannakin, but it is too large for either squirrel. I want to rehydrate the squirrels and measure them, the "around-the-belly" measurement seems easy enough, but I cant seem to be able to measure from nose to tail base and trust that I am getting a proper measurement. Any advice? Thanks

turn skin inside3 out and measure it there - no problems so far - if you are unsure knock off a 1/2"
