As George Roof has said on here many times they are not the same DP has other ingredeants in it that is far better than straight Borax
The DP/borax/tan/etc debate will rage on for years, I'm sure, but I dont think many people will tell you that borax will not work fine for a squirrel mount, especially your first few. Just make sure to properly flesh the pelt
