I then inject a bit of Formaldahyde to kill any living bacteria. Let them dry for two or three weeks, then inject a touch of two part injectable Epo-Grip and they will never let loose.
If they are, they usually come of very easily. Just put them in a ziplock bag and let them set in a heated room for a couple days. TAKE OUTSIDE and open the bag. Wear rubber gloves and pull the claws off the cores and allow them to dry. Then use a GOOD 5 minute epoxy. Cut off the hook portion of a matching number of fish hooks and bend a small "L" on the hook end. Now fill the claw with epoxy and set the "L" end of the hook in up to the eyelet. When it kicks off, you have claw with a hanging loop ready to put on your hat band.
Thanks alot, will try, both if I can get formaldahyde. thanks again Bob
