skinning a rabbit

what is the best incision to use when skinning a snowshoe rabbit that will be mounted in the sitting position? will a dorsal incision cover up or am i better off to go done the belly?

I do all my small game that way. Nothing says you can't cut that form into bite-sized pieces. He'd be sitting on his stitches when he was done if it were me.
