Wire wheel on a bench grinder

They are a fleshing nightmare. You would think for something that looks so indestructible on the outside that they would have pretty thick skin, not so. They are very thin skinned. I used a wire wheel on my bench grinder and it worked very nicely. Remember to degrease them very well. They have an odor to them that you don't forget easily either.

I wheeled mine too.Be carefull, and hang on tight don't let it get a way from you. your going to loose the quills that are naturely ready to come off so save them, and put them in after the mount is dryed
