Use Sculpt All

I do A lot of bear for guys in hunt clubs. Usually they shoot them in the head. Obviously they do not want the bear coming out of the tree mad. I use to throw them away. Because of the bullet damage. Then a few years ago I got one that was especially large. So I fixed it with epoxy sculpt. Blew a dusting of paint on it to make it match. and put it on display where The hunt club brings me their bear. Now about 75% have a skull mount to go with their bear. It's added Income. And happy customers.

Yup - epoxy putty...

I prefer All Game putty from Cir-Cut.. but same thing.. use that to fix bone damage.

pour a cast

There is a product called pour a cast, its made by Sinair, Its a two part 50/50 mix, if you can get something to hold the material in the hole from the underside while it sets up, such as a piece of tape, this stuff sets up into a hard plastic in about a minute, and matches natural bone really well. nice thing is that its fast!
