What should the temp ge in fridg to thaw out a bear,been rolled up and frozen,need to get opened up so i can cape it out and cut off for sholder mount. been in fridg for two days still frozen solid. temp inside fridg 38 what sould it be and how long to thaw?

Bear hair is a great insulator and they thaw out very slowly in the fridge. I always lay mine out in the shop and unfold/unroll it as it thaws. Seldom takes over a day that way. I just keep folding the thawed hide UNDER the frozen part to act as its own refrigerator.
