There is a difference between the Gray Fox and Red Fox. The Gray Fox is smaller than a Red, and they are more cat like and can climb trees to escape larger Predators and also hunt and raid birds nest. I'm sure there are some people that try to use smaller Red fox forms to mount a Gray Fox, but for a true fit and less headaches with improper fit Buy The Right Form! see WASCO catalog, Jan Vanhosen sculpts great forms for Gray and Red Fox. Also check out some reference books such as North American Mammal books (Audobon Society) they describe each animal, their size, weight, and usually explain the differnce between Red,Gray,Artic,Kit,and Swift Foxes.
