I placed an order with WASCO three weeks ago. I have called them twice and they can't even give me an approximate ship date. I still have not received the order. Have any of you had the same problem?

I used to have problems with shipping till i talked to these two gals. They are the backbone of WASCO. Just tell them when you order that you want same day shipping if it is in stock, and you usually have it in three days or so. If any problems, just ask for Rick Carter, and it will be taken care of. Great people!
Why should you have to call and ask for any one for special treatment,when all we expect is to have the order shipped promptly.What is the company policy?Why not acomodate all orders with the same professionalizm?If I have to beg, I'm going somewere else.
But of course that makes me unreasonable.......Right?
I cant even get a catalog from them I have e-mailed and called them I guess they are too busy to take care of their customers.
how you are placing your orders? Phone, mail, internet? I place mine over the internet and have always had prompt service. They have even called ME the next day if something wasn't in stock or was on back order. I know you'll say it shouldn't matter which is correct but have you ever been inside Mcdonald's waiting for your order as the people in the drive-thru receive faster service? LOL! Alan C.
when i started i placed ALL of my orders through them - service was haphazard at best - sometimes internet orders are not gone thru immediately (they told me this) - i have found if i tell the person answeringphone that it is a rush they will ship NO LATER than tomorrow - no rproblems when handled this way - but... McKenzie ALWASYS ships the same day
