Does anyone have any suggestions on an instruction manual on rug making? I can't seem to find anything.

Tanning Rugs

The Complete book of tanning skins and hides by James Churchill is a great book full of info. The best way is to buy one of the inexpensive tanning kits like the Lutan F kit from Van Dykes or the EZ 100 kit from Rittel's Tanning Supplies. This is the way I started and be prepared for alot of hard work but well worth the effort and very rewarding. I have sold many of my hides to people that are experienced fur buyers and all are pleased. I would also like to thank Bruce Rittel for his advice.
