Fisher form with jaw set already in it?

I'm trying to find a fisher form with the mouth open or with the jaw set installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've cruised the online catalogues

Had to mount three of them with closed mouth forms and needing jaw sets installed. Like Stanton suggested, look up alteration, but in a nut shekll, split the botom jaw off at the lip line and hollow out the top to fit the upper set in place. Then hollow out the bottom jaw as best you can, install set and sculpt into place and when dry, resculpt the bottom jaw in so it is anatomically correct in position and muscle wsie. Make sure you charge for it as it is a bit of work!
