I bought a shoulder mount bison, loosing lots of hair, see little moths, I have sprayed with raid, sprinkled borax in the fur, now have bare spots. What can I do?

Long thick hair like on a bison can be repaired with smooth out epoxy and a power trim stapler.Trim a scrap piece of bison hide to fit the bald spot. Put adhesive down on the bald spot and place the hair patch on the glued area. Then take the trim nailer and nail all along the patch edge. Use the longest nails that fit the gun. The nails pushes the edge of the hide down into the existing skin. The long hair blends in and hides the rest. I've done this with capes that had slip spots on it. It works great on musk ox also.
