I recieved a Marino Ram head for a shoulder mount, it has about 4-5 inches of wool on it. I need to find out how would I clean the wool to make it look good. It does not have to turn bright white, but I would like to get it as clean as possible. Thanks in Advance.

Merino is very difficult to deal with because of the fine nature of the wool. We have ironing equipment which helps comb out wool. We also dry clean to remove the grease. Is the wool felted up with hay, etc? Is your mount already tanned? For items like this, we tan, dry clean, and retan. Let us know if we can do anything for you.
