You can buy a regular form and enlarge it by splitting it lenght wise, hiegth wise and width wise. If you have the body, you can position the body and freeze it and then carve a form out of foam and mount it. Use calipers and flexable tape to get all the pieces as close to the real one as possible nad it will mount up nicly.
I like ot remove the head, and legs from the main body, and carve them all seperate. I then place the head into the skin, and then the legs, and then finally the body and attach it all with glue and screws or pins or wires.
