I have a bear skin rug that is approximately 5 1/2 in size & 8-10 yrs old. It is medium - light brown almost red in color the mouth is open and is in good condition (no tears)! It is mounted on 2 layers of fabric one orange and the other layer is brown. How much is it worth?

Depends on many factors, but Ebay's taxidermy section might give you some idea of bids for similar items. I believe that exact same item you describe went for $200 last week other weeks bear rugs have gone for 300-400$. Hope this helped....

I believe they are based in California & it's illegal to buy or sell bear parts in CA
