deer form

how hard and what would the steps be to modifying a standing or running deer form to make it look like it is laying dead. i have about a 50 lb. button buck that i need to mount dead like it just got killed. i can not find a form anything like this, the deer is 4 3/4 X 26 1/2 x 38? any tips or suggestions?

Lying on its side

Seems to me if you get a good reference, you should be able to take a lifesize standing deer form, and lay it on its side, than change the head so it is tilted more towards the ground, and the top two legs would have to be altered to lay on top of the bottom two, most likely with a comfortable bend in them. Doesn't seem like their really should be too much alteration.
