I just finished fleshing a full size bear hide to send to the tannery. I noticed that it has some slippage under the neck, I need some suggestions on what to do with the hide. Every where else on the hide seems fine except under the neck where the white patch is.I thought I would wait and see what condition it is in after it comes back from the tannery.I think that I could even cut that small baseball size section out, if that is all that is wrong,when it comes back from the tannery. It is salt dried and ready to be shipped.
