just received a tan elk cape which is susposed to be 33 to 34 inch mesurement on the B mesurement. The dry mesurement is 25 inches. Will it stretch to the 33 inches I need? Can I freeze it after I rehydrate until I get the form? Is downey susposed to get me a better stretch?

Yes you can freeze it after you rehydrate it. I really don't think its going to stretch 8-9 inches though. I have never used downy, I have however used a drop or two of Dawn dish detergent in the rehydration water.
