Red squirrel question

I have just mounted a lynx on a form that I highly altered in Jason Snowberger's alteration and habitat workshop. I want it to be catching a red squirrel with its left paw but I'm not sure where to find reference if these species' distribution range cross. The squirrel is from PA and the lynx from Alaska. Any help is appreciated.

They do inhabit a lot of the same range.Red squirrels inhabit just about all the Canadian provinces were lynx live. Also a lot of lynx habitat in Alaska (though probably not all) contains red suirrels. The western version of the red squirrel is a little more brownish and less red than the eastern variety, but still very close. The snowshoe hare is always the number one food source for the lynx, throughout it's range, but I wouldn't want to do one either.
