From the back of each front leg, starting just behind the pad, make a cut straight to the elbow and stop there. From the back legs make the same cut up to the hock and continue up the thigh to above the vent. Try stay a 'little' to the inside of the back of the thigh. You can either cut the tail bone off at the base of the spine and skin the tail later, or you can cut the length of the tail and skin now.
From here it is a matter of peeling the skin down the body. Be careful around the armpits because this is an area that is easy to cut holes in.
to open skin simply make an incision from the top of the throat to the vent - as straight and centered as possible. cut the front legs as above but continue from the elbow and go straight across to the center of the chest. (make these leg cuts first, so they meet up on the chest). Back legs are the same as above. Skninning for a flat skin is easier and cheaper at most tanneries and good for a rug, but it makes a lot of work for a lifesize.
good luck and congrats on your first yote.

thanks
