With a smile on their faces?

Kidding.

Be careful what you buy. A lot of the Chiroptera are protected today and may not be mounted, collected or sold. Specimens mounted prior to the bans are legal, but must be accompanied by affidavits which testify to their date and place of origin.

A lady at our local fish hatchery museum was asking me if I knew where to find one, any ideas?

On the TESS, or the USFWS Endangered and Threatened species listings.
