I am going to a community college for taxidermy and we are doing small game. I am doing a grey fox for a guy that I really want a top notch job. I have seen some other fox mounts by students and had a question: After pickling, the hair looks dry, not glossy, what can I use to "condition the hair"? I thought about regular shampoo/ conditioner. Will this work? Anything better? Thanks for any suggestions?
