open mouth lion - 2 ?'s
1) what color are the lips
2) have a gap of about 1/4' between lip line and art. teeth - should i fill this with black scult or match the color of pink on art. teeth

Mountain lion lips are blackish-brown on the outside.Lifetone Dark brown is close.The lower front lip usually has some flesh tones showing through the black(check reference pictures).The black color is mostly on the edge and outside of the lips,but does fade inside a little bit.Most of the interior is colored similar to the gums,fleshy with some gray overtones.Not sure where your 1/4" gap is,but for future reference,the front lips-top and bottom,should be tight against the teeth.It's hard to tell you how to paint it.It would be better if you could find some reference pictures to go by.Might take a little effort.Good luck.
