I have a weaned wolf pup that stands about five feet eight, 19 years old, eats like a horse. Drags home all sorts of dead critters and odd bones. Is almost house-broken. Will pay shipping and provide four sets of ear muffs. Not responsible for any bites she may inflict.
Anyone who kills these beautiful animals ares sick they are wild and should stay in the wild. They should be treated with the same respect that any human would wanted to be treated with.
If this is for a pet , you have to have all of the proper permits exactly right to own one . They have to have alot of room to roam also .
I am not talking a regular back yard here , I mean acres ! They can not be treated like a regular dog and don't take well to be treated that way. they require full time interaction as a pack member ( not a dog ). They become extremley loyal and protective of you also and can cause harm to friends and family at any given time .
Give them one reason to be dominant in any way , you will pay . I suggest you get a dog like a husky . they are dogs and can be treated as dogs . to own a wolf here , one has to take a special course before getting the papers to own a wolf . They need to stay wild and be respected as the beautiful beasts they are .

Take your anti hunting stance somewhere else. I would love to smoke a wolf, it is no different that killing any other animal.
