buffalo rugs?

i have never done flat buffalo rugs before. what would be a fair price to charge? i have also never used a commercial tannery, what steps would i need to perform in order to prep the hides for a tannery?

.....That takes care of the steps.......Tanners will run about $10 a square foot(give or take) Shipping ain't cheap, they're HEAVY! So now we are down to what your time is worth?

thanks old fart. so they just need to be salt dried and shipped rather than frozen? do they have to be fleshed by hand -vs- round knife since they are so heavy and bulky? appreciate your help
