I have only done a few squirrel mounts, in which I didn't turn the eyelids, or atleast I don't think I did. They look pretty good, so I must of done alright, or atleast I must have covered up that mistake. What exactly does this refer to (turning lids), as for lets say a deer?

think of it as your lip but thinner. there is an inside and an outside skin. right. well you have to split that and get the flesh out of it. pinch your lip and you will know what i am trying to say.just dont cut thruogh them. if you have a mounting video it would show you and that is the best way to learn it.
