i think i need a pinking machine but thought i would ask all of you . i dont do that many rugs but it seems when i do i wish i had one . i use the pinking cutters but its alot more work,time & the blades dont last long.is there anything better to use!

In my opinion, you'd be money ahead just to buy the pinked border material already done. If you don't do a lot of rugs, the mechanical cutter is going to be money spent and not used enough to pay for itself.
we do one hell of a lot of (rugs) I use pinking shears and they last for years.Go to a fabric store buy a very good pair ,and yes you will need get them sharpened at times.
i think i will try that !
