I skinned a coon out last night and it has been froze for 3 weeks. The toes are dried and shriveled and i cant get the feet bone and toe bones out. If i rehydrate it will i be able to skin em out or what. Right now i have the coon in the pickle with the leg bones still attached. Should i take it out and put it in plain water and skin em out or what.

Use a hypo needle and water. They'll soften up. If you inject them before freezing there would be less freezer burn.
