I have a question about a bobcat that i trapped a week ago. The buyer that I have been selling my furs to gave me $200 for a bobcat 2 weeks ago and now the one I just caught he is saying is only worth $160 and the fur on the newest one is more defined and has better spotting and color then the other one. The only difference is he ways 4#'s less and is 2 inches shorter. Not much of a size difference if you ask me. I believe that it is worth the same or more then the other one. Could you please help me out?

This guy is paying by the inch or pound. Ask him how he is paying so in the future you will know going into it. On this sight your BC would not be worth nearly $200 for taxi guys. I would not be upset with a $160.
Fur prices can vary from day to day. It's all according to the European fur market Prices. Yes one day you can get $200 for a cat, and the next day $150. Also now in some areas prime fur isn't as prime as it was a month ago.

$200 for a Nebraska cat and $160 for the next are awesome prices.
Nebraska cats for the most part are as plain as East Coast cats.
You don't live in Idaho / Utah / Oregon, Kansas, or Texas.
Count your blessings.
