I consulted Van Dyke's and Tohickon ... anyone know where to get 3mm - 4mm pink "albino" globe eyes (for mice and little birds)? They would be similar to the black bubble eye, but clear salmon pink.

I couldn't find much under 6mm. So I had to use map pin heads. I found a map store that had what I needed and at that size they worked okay.
I searched for map pins and noticed they were hard to find. In craft supply places these are commonly called round head pins. I couldn't find many of those either.
Then I decided to look at beads:

Check that out. Color "fuschia" is about 95% correct! I bet it comes in 2-4-6-8 mm, too, a little zap-a-gap on about 1/2" of wire and I'll have eyes on wire. :)
