To keep everything in perspective, yo0u could cut the bead off of the form and then split the body lengthwise. Add a 1-2" thick panel of foam bewteen the two halves and bondo together. Then trim off the excess where the seams are, and reinstall the head. As for the length, sometimes ncreasing the girth will take care of the length problem, but if not, cut the form in half and add piece just like you did to increase girth
Do as wetnwild stated but once I cut the head of the form I would split the body into 4 pieces and add the extra to the whole girth of the body instead of just making the body wider side to side, as for the length, I would do one alteration and check the fit, then make the other unless you are positve that you do need the extra size you quoted, If you sure of the measurements, make them both on the form and then add your foam. I have hot glued wood blocks to the form and reglued it together and then test fitted the form before I added the foam. Just make sure the hot glue has cooled completely or it will not hold.
What about the head how do you get it to match the body.I put the extra girth on now the head looks way to small in the neck area where you put it back on.Do you add bondo to tis to try and get it to even out alittle or what. Thanks for all the help guys.Nick
