when mounting a bear rug shell i fold the skin over the inside of the mouth and pin in place. does anyone have a better way glueing? or stapling or somethting? DARYN

Use superglue!
It sets fast and will hold the skin in place while it dries.
After drying the edges are trimmed with a scalpel, epoxy putty to feather the skin to the rugshell.
