I searched the archives and couldn't seem to find an answer. What would be the best all around 2 handled beaming knife for me to get? I'm going bear hunting in about a month so my first priority would be for bears but I only want to buy 1 knife so I would like to to be an all around knife that could handle anything from Bison to Fox. Do I need a double sided kife or only a single sided. Does one of the sided have to be sharp and the other dull etc? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ryan
