whats the best way to glue artifical snow on game heads for winter scenes.

Some of the suppliers sell snow that has an adhesive in it already, all you have to do is use a spray bottle and mist water on and sprinkle snow on it, works great for some i have done and if you want later it is easily removed.
I think I just ordered from WASCO and they had snow that came with spray glue good luck
