In Canada,
Bobcats and Lynx are legal to buy and sell so long as they have proper CITES permits or tags.
How do I know?
nafa.ca...
In California, where eBay is, bobcats are legal with CITES tags and/or permits. Several vendors online sell CA cats.
In Arizona, where PayPal is, bobcats are legal to buy and sell (again with cites tags or permits) and their fur prices are some of the better ones in the entire USA.
If you are having your bobcat listings yanked, it is because you are not including appropriate verbage saying they are legally harvested and can be legally bought and sold and showing the state and cites tag or permit #.
Usually an auction is pulled because a competitor or anti writes eBay and complains about it. Your ads need to make it very clear that you are selling a wild bobcat legally and not a domestic cat or an illegal specie, such as leopard or mt. lion. Other things can cause an ad to be pulled: I've seen tons of cat ads with "wolf coyote fox taxidermy traps hunt cabin" (etc) in the title (keyword spamming) and other problems like misleading titles, or listing in the wrong category. Be sure it's not your fault before you blame. eBay sucks - and it's not *usually* the seller's problem, but sometimes it is.
Sporting season runs from October 15th thru Feb. 28th
Commercial season runs fro Nov. 25th thru Jan. 15th must have trapping license and CITES tag affixed to pelt, unless you are a taxidermist and animals can leaglly be sold under strict guidlines by the Department of Fish and game.

Look dillweed, if you want to help out the fastest, go to the blue links at the top of the page, call up all 50 states Fish and Game pages, and look the information up yourself, or call the F & G depts yourself -- don't be a beggar and expect us to spoonfeed you. For cryin' out loud.
Don't forget to comply with trademarking - it's eBay, not Ebay, and learn to spell, it's "facts", not "fracts".
Hints to sellers: "Farmmark" has 2 cats up right now that have the correct type ad with correct verbage AND showing legal cites tags -- except for one thing: frozen whole. eBay has never been kind to those who sell frozen whole. Good luck...
Its like this you fricken guttless wonder. I offered to help I really could not give a crap less if you sell one cat on ebay.
I was willing to helpout and put some time into it.
But since you are such a great person you do it.
