Does anyone know where I can get scissors to cut the scalloped edges on the felt for a bear rug? I have checked local craft stores and haven't found what I'm looking for.

look in the sewing department of your local wally world or whatnot, they should have them, their called pinking shears
...have about a dozen different scissors with different patterns. I'm sure she got them either at Walmart or Target...

Was in Costco last night, saw a kit called "scap booking scissors"!
Something like 24 to 30 pairs of scissors; all with different pattern cuts!
