I had a customer who brought in a wild boar head for a european mount. The problem is, he boiled the skull and still cannot get all of the nasal stuff out. I have never messed with a hog, the skull is very greasy. What extra steps do I need to do outside of what I do currently for whitetails? Any suggestions I appreciate. Also some teeth are missing, how should I replace? Thanks!

like your missing teeth might be a result of too high temps when boiling. I would suggest finding someone with a beetle colony...rather than subject the skull to more boiling. As far as the missing teeth....they probably went out with the water that the skull was boiled in. You can rebuild teeth out of white apoxie scuplt and then stain them to match. Be sure you charge enough for this service...because you are working with something somebody else screwed up and that's never easy.
Good Luck!
