can anyone give me good directions on how to use these eye graph charts for all the animals

Aside from nothing in nature being "perfect", the eye graph is just another gimmick. Install your eyes with soft clay, stand back and see how they "look" and then adjust them as necessary. The axis of a graph on an object usually less than an inch in diameter is virtually impossible to establish anyway.
