And that's the reason I discovered superglue and shaved skin repairs. I haven't figured out why this was ever marketed. It can only be used on tanned skin that's dry and not oily. Excuse me? Then you have to use that little iron. IMHO, it's a farce.


Hot tape

I always wondered if the "tape" portion is actually just some kind of re-packaged Stitch Witchery, a sewing product.

Anyway, "hot tape" is used in the fur industry to do garment repairs without sewing. Like in dry rot spots. It's not common anymore because of better glues on the "cold tape", but it has it's place. Usually in the corner with the other "maybe I'll use it sometimes".
