for any of you in pa ive got some news.you can no longer get a permit for roadkill animals.a friend found a fox pup and was rejected for a permit.i found it hard to believe so i called the nortwest regional office and got the same answer.i dont understand why they would turn down easy money and waste gas to go pick it up.go figure.
