I'm trying to decide on what bobcat and coyote reference material to get. So far, I've pulled some good photos off the internet, but I want some books for the shop with color photos.
Anybody got a favorite?

Both WASCO and McKenzie sell some great hardbacked books on animals of North America. I'd also suggest your local QUALITY book stores. I know the ones in the malls sell some great books with large format, color, glossy page pictures.
I think you'll find that reference pictures are a life-time collection. In my shop I have manila folders set up alphabetically. When I come across a good picture in a magazine (and I get tons of outdoor magazines), I tear it out and file it. The outdoor magazines oftentimes have great shots of animals in natural habitat that give you poses and positions you'll not find easily in the bound volumes.
buy isnt any better than google's 14000 images of coyotes
